We realize that building codes are in place to provide a safe environment for citizens to live, work and play. However, using the current building codes can be confusing with many codes being utilized, including state-mandated codes, locally adopted codes and amendments.

Please join us on Wednesday, March 21, as we welcome Richard Piccolo, President of Building & Fire Code Construction Services.  Richard will explain the scope of the different types of codes and how they apply to the building process.

Specifically, by attending this program, you will learn to:
1) Identify the different types of codes.
2) Determine the appropriate use of codes relative to the building process.
3) Outline the building code adoption process.
4) Evaluate the use of code amendments.

Space is limited so be sure to register today! Participants will earn 1.5 LU/HSW for participation in this program.
