Sponsored by the City of Aurora and delivered by ICC this workshop is designed to prepare Aurora area design professionals and contractors for Aurora’s first IEBC code adoption. In support of Aurora’s sustainability goals, this code will allow us to protect and preserve instate value in our historic and/or existing building stock, and therefore preserve the energy, building materials and waste that would otherwise be required to modify buildings to comply with current day dimensional standards, or in the most extreme case scenario, demolish and reconstruct buildings altogether. We urge design professionals to participate in this free training seminar.
